About Us
For decades, the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) has provided research, management and technical assistance to support economic development. Today, these services are available through the Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2).
At EI2, our team members continually strive for excellence in our service to you. Through research and assessments, coaching, facilitation, and implementation assistance, we seek to help communities best participate in the ongoing economic revolution and our approach reflects the simple truth that one size does not fit all.
Our team members serving communities include experts in their respective fields with a combination of decades of experience in advising economic development and government leaders on how to be competitive in the ever-changing global economy. Examples of matters for which team expertise is sought ranges from organizational development to strategic planning and economic development program design; from business recruitment, expansion and retention to industrial development and economic diversification; from entrepreneur development to workforce development and the provision of human services; from public policy development to land use planning and environmental stewardship; from marketing research to messaging formation; and from the utilization of technologies to fostering emerging technology industries. We are also expert in transferring knowledge gained through sound research into practical community applications for solving critical problems, and in providing assistance to community leaders for the implementation of such applications.
The EI2 team will continue to support the efforts of leaders at every level of government.
