DIRECTIONS & PARKING

The Centergy Building is conveniently located at 75 Fifth Street NW in Midtown Atlanta at the intersection of Fifth and Spring streets in Technology Square, right off Interstate 85/75.

Using MARTA

From the North: Take any north-south train to the Midtown MARTA station.  Then catch the Tech Trolley.  The Centergy Building is located at the first stop before the trolley enters the main Georgia Tech campus, past the Georgia Tech Hotel, and across from the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.

From the South: Take any north-south train to the North Avenue MARTA station. Head north on West Peachtree Street until you reach Fifth Street (approximately 5-minute walk). Turn left onto Fifth Street and go one block.  Cross Spring Street at the pedestrian crossing.  The Centergy Building is located past the Georgia Tech Hotel, and across from the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.

Tech Trolley

Georgia Tech’s free shuttle, the Tech Trolley, provides guests transportation arriving and departing from the Midtown MARTA transit station.  The Centergy building is the first stop before the trolley enters the main Georgia Tech campus.

The Tech Trolley runs from 5:45 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 4 minute intervals, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.  During the regular Fall and Spring semesters, service is approximately 6 minutes between Trolleys.  During the Summer and breaks, Tech Trolley service will be approximately every 12 minutes throughout the day.

Driving Directions

Traveling North on I-75/85 NB and I-20 E/W: Follow either I-75 or I-85 North to Exit 249D (Spring Street/West Peachtree Street).  At the top of the ramp, go straight through the traffic light.  Turn left onto West Peachtree Street.  Turn left onto Fifth Street.  Turn Right onto Williams Street.  The Centergy parking garage is on the right.  Take the elevator to the 5^th floor and walk through the covered walkway to the courtyard.  The Centergy Building will be on your left. 

Traveling South on I-75/I-85 SB:

Exit at 10th/14th Streets (Exit 250).  Turn left on 10th Street.  Turn right on Spring Street NW.  Head south on Spring Street, stay in the far right lane.  Turn right on Abercombie St. (just past the second light).  Turn right into parking garage.  Take the elevator to the 5^th floor and walk through the covered walkway to the courtyard.  The Centergy Building will be on your left.

Parking

Aside from the Centergy parking garage, on-street parking and surface lots are also available.

On-street parking closest to the Centergy Building on Fifth and Spring Streets is strictly enforced by PARK Atlanta.  Single space parking meters accept quarters, dimes and nickels. The new multi-space parking meters accept the same coins as single space but also accept credit card (Visa and MasterCard) as well bills.  Most parking meters are $1.00 per hour and are limited to 1 or 2 hours of parking.

The nearest surface lot to the Centergy Building is located at the southeast corner of the Fifth and Spring Street intersection.  The surface lot can be accessed via the Fifth Street entrance, located across from Starbucks and Barnes & Noble.  Rates start at $1.50 per hour ($20 for lost ticket).  Cash payments and major credit cards accepted.
