Ryan Hagerty

Graduate Research Assistant

Ryan Hagerty is a Graduate Research Assistant with Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2).  Currently a first year master’s student in Georgia Tech’s School of City and Regional Planning, Ryan is concentrating his studies in land use and economic development.  Ryan is interested in the intersection of the built environment with planning, real estate, and broader capital markets.

Prior to attending graduate school, Ryan worked in a range of positions in both the public and private sectors, including municipal-level planning in New Jersey, real estate asset management in Shanghai, China, and institutional real estate investing at AIG in New York.  Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
